lemon

Dried lemon slices are made from juicy, fresh Persian lime after removing some of the moisture by drying them. Drying helps increase the fruit’s shelf life by preventing microbial growth. It also increases food diversity.  Iranian lime possesses some distinctive features, such as large size, bright color, juicy interior, and supreme quality. That plus great packaging, gives Persian lime a special place in the global market.
